Angry Birds cupcake

I have caved in and one and angry bird themes cupcake . I did a few fondant pieces and some banner style stands. the finished product was great.

Chinese New Year cake pops

Never go empty handed while visiting during Chinese New Year. If possible always bring mandarin oranges .. :) Here is a twist on the tradition with Mandarin cake pops.

I used clove sticks for the stems and moulded some leaves out of chocolate.

Lion King

This was a pleasure to make as it was something different .. :) The child was really into Baby Simba from the Lion King and in particular the baby Simba ...





(oops didn't get a picture of the assembled cake as i delivered them separately just in case .. the cake was red velvet )

Barbie ...

When a little asks to have a barbie doll on the cake what do we all automatically do ? We make a dress cake ...:) I tried to keep it simple but glittery .. I guess i went a little too simple although i used a REAL Barbie in the construction ..:) (an extra birthday present for the little girl )
